CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Charlene Glancy, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice Chairman Sandra Solomon Bill Hufford Andrew Meadows Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Randy Woodruff, Interim Community Development Director Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order. Ms. Glancy called the meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes for January 23, 2017. Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on January 23, 2017. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the January 23, 2017 minutes as presented. Ms. Solomon seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Finance Report. Ms. Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, reviewed the January 31, 2017 Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Glancy asked for a motion for the approval of the Finance Report, Ms. Solomon made a motion to approve the Finance Report. Mr. Aramendia seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Fourth Item of Business: Consider purchase of 110 & 120 Quail Pond Circle. Mr. Randy Woodruff, Interim Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated March 22, 2017 and an aerial photo of the site to the City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency (copies are attached and made a part of the minutes).
