ORDINANCE 17-1456 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL) <br />FOR THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are within the corporate boundaries of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described will remain Commercial on the Future <br />Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the CG zoning district is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject properties, <br />hereinafter described, within the ' CG zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the <br />proposed zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as <br />CG, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />subject properties as CG, for the parcels of land at 1316 Lake Drive, 1324 Lake Drive, and 1332 <br />Lake Drive, being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />
