Resolution 17-2964 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Drainage Easement for Lot 8 Redington <br />Woods (15 Lotus Lake Drive) <br />Resolution 17-2964 provides for conveyance and acceptance of a Drainage Easement at 15 Lotus Lake Drive (Parcel ID <br />08-21-30-5BK-0000-0080), which is associated with the proposed Concord Drive Improvements Project. <br />C. Resolution 17-2965 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Permanent Drainage Easement and <br />Temporary Construction Easement for Lot 5 Seminole Sites Replat (914 Gee Creek Lane) <br />Resolution 17-2965 provides for conveyance and acceptance of a permanent drainage easement and a temporary <br />construction easement at 914 Gee Creek Lane (Parcel ID 04-21-30-514-0I00-0050), which is associated with Phase 4 of <br />the Gee Creek Erosion Control Project. <br />D. Budget Amendment #17-041 - Funding of Utility Commitment Agreement with CO -BB <br />Casselberry Venture, LLC <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 17-041 to fund the Utility Commitment Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry <br />Venture, LLC in the total amount of $96,418.00 for the installation and connection of a reclaimed water line from US <br />Highway 17-92 to Oxford Road is requested. <br />E. Budget Amendment #17-042 - Duke Energy Street Lighting Infrastructure Installation on <br />North Oxford Road <br />Consideration to approve Budget Amendment 417-042 to compensate Duke Energy in the amount of $91,007.54 for costs <br />associated with the installation of decorative LED street lighting infrastructure on North Oxford Road is requested. <br />
