11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1456 - Official Zoning Map Amendment <br />for Properties Located at 1316, 1324 and 1332 Lake Drive (ZB 17-01) <br />Ordinance 17-1456 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map for the properties located at 1316 Lake Drive (Parcel <br />ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0250), 1324 Lake Drive (Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-026A), and 1332 Lake Drive (Parcel <br />ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0270) from City of Casselberry OR (Office/Residential) to City of Casselberry CG (Commercial <br />General). <br />B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1458 - Amending Article V, Land Use by <br />District and Article XVI, Signs, of the Unified Land Development Regulations and Chapter <br />14, Amusements, of the City Code of Ordinances <br />Ordinance 17-1458 provides for amendments to the City Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter II, Article V, <br />Section 2-5.3 Land use by District, and Chapter III, Article XVI, Signs, and amendments to the City Code of Ordinances, <br />Chapter 14, Amusements. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1459 - Amending the City Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Chapter H, Article VII, General Regulations, Section 2-7.9 <br />Accessory Structures (LPA 17-02) <br />Ordinance 17-1459 provides for amending the City Code of Ordinances, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Chapter 11, Article VII, General Regulations, Section 2-7.9, Accessory Structures, to allow accessory structures in <br />easements. <br />D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1460 - Creating City Code Section 2-7.35 <br />Commercial Design Standards in the Unified Land Development Regulations and Amending <br />Article X, Section 3-10.1 Appearance of site and structures (LPA 16-16) <br />Ordinance 17-1460 provides for the creation of Section 2-7.35, Commercial Design Standards, in the City Code of <br />Ordinances, Unified Land Development Regulations, Article VII and amending Article X, Section 3-10.2 Appearance of <br />site and structures. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Designation of Voting Delegate to the Florida League of Cities 91st Annual Conference <br />Consideration to designate one official from the City of Casselberry to be the voting delegate at the business meeting held <br />during the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference is requested. <br />13.
