Mayor's Proclamation - Recognizing the Retirement of Ricky D. Basher, Field Service Supervisor Mayor Glancy will read and present a Proclamation to Ricky D. Basher, Field Service Supervisor, upon his retirement from the City of Casselberry after more than 35 years of service to the community and its citizens. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, Invoice No. 72039 - $24,356.55 Luis R. Guzman, Esq., Invoice No. 35 - $600.00 B. Resolution 17-2962 - State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order (FY 17/18) with Florida Department of Transportation Resolution 17-2962 provides for a State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order (FY17/18) with the Florida Department of Transportation to receive compensation from FDOT for the maintenance of streetlights on U.S. Highway 17-92 and S.R. 436 from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 in the amount of $70,936.93. C. Agreement with Florida Water Features, Inc. for Cascading Column Floating Water Fountain Services and Related Budget Amendment# 17-037 Consideration to approve an agreement with Florida Water Features, Inc. for the award of rebid cascading column floating water fountain services in an amount not to exceed $100,017.00 for the period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020 and related Budget Amendment #17-037 is requested.
