Approval of Legal Services Invoice Fisher Phillips, Invoice 22751-1081633 - $53.00 B. Resolution 17-2958 - Street Lighting Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution Resolution 17-2958 provides for a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal Year 2018. C. Resolution 17-2959 - Interagency Agreement with Seminole County Sheriffs Office for Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support Resolution 17-2959 provides for consideration to renew the existing Interagency Agreement for Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support between the Casselberry Police Department and the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. D. Resolution 17-2960 - First Amendment to the Contract for Purchase and Sale with Sherwood Forest I, LLC and Sherwood Forest H, LLC Resolution 17-2960 provides for the First Amendment to the Contract for Purchase and Sale between Sherwood Forest I, LLC, Sherwood Forest II, LLC, and the City of Casselberry for property located on North Winter Park Drive to extend the closing date to on or before June 13, 2017. E. Resolution 17-2961 - Supplemental Agreement 918 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. to Design Restroom Addition and Relocation of Playground for Lake Concord Park Promenade and Related Budget Amendment #17-035 Resolution 17-2961 and related Budget Amendment #17-035 provide for Supplemental Agreement 418 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $15,825.
