ORDINANCE 16-1451 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-MID (PLANNED MIXED- <br />USE: MEDIUM RISE) FOR PARCEL ID 28-21-30-535-0000-0010 AS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section 1 is within the corporate boundaries of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will remain Major Thoroughfare Mixed <br />Use on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the PMX-MID zoning district is consistent with the Major Thoroughfare <br />Mixed Use Future Land Use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the PMX-MID zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the <br />proposed zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as <br />PMX-MID, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />subject property as PMX-MID, for the parcel of land at 1239 State Road 436, Parcel ID 28-21- <br />30-535-0000-0010 being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />
