ORDINANCE 16-1449 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PS (PUBLIC SERVICE) FOR THE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the properties described in Section 1 are within the corporate boundaries of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described are being amended to Public Service on <br />the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the PS zoning district is consistent with the Public Service Future Land Use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject properties, <br />hereinafter described, within the PS zoning district has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed <br />zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as <br />PS, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />subject properties as PS, for the parcels of land at 315 Concord Drive and 351 Concord Drive, <br />being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />
