SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive <br />Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the subject <br />properties as Public Service, for the parcels of land located at 315 Concord Drive and 351 <br />Concord Drive, being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />Tax ID Number <br />Address <br />Legal Description <br />E 1/2 OF LOT 7 + ALL LOT <br />8 <br />08-21-30-511-OA00-0080 <br />315 Concord Drive <br />BLKA <br />FERN PARK ESTATES <br />PB5PG11 <br />LOT 6 + WLY 1/2 OF LOT <br />7 <br />08-21-30-511-OA00-0060 <br />351 Concord Drive <br />BLKA <br />FERN PARK ESTATES <br />PB5PG11 <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION M. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty-one <br />(3 1) days after its passage and adoption.
