Resolution 17-2955 - Utility Commitment Agreement with Ecopower, LLC Resolution 17-2955 provides for approval of a Utility Commitment Agreement with Ecopower, LLC to extend the City's gravity sewer system at 208 and 210 North Griffin Drive, C. Award of Bid No. ITB -2017-0127 to Hubbard Construction Company for the Roadway Rehabilitation—Various Streets Project and Related Budget Amendment #17-028 Consideration to award Invitation to Bid ITB -2017-0127 to, and execution of an agreement with, Hubbard Construction Company in the amount of $2,082,900.00 for the construction of the Road Rehabilitation— Various Streets Project and approval of related Budget Amendment #17-028 is requested. D. Cooperative Agreement with Pinnacle Data Systems, L.L.C. for Utility Bill Printing and Mailing Services Consideration to execute a cooperative agreement with Pinnacle Data Systems, L.L.C. to provide utility bill printing, inserting and mailing services in accordance with City of Winter Springs, Florida contract number RFP 06 -16 -MM is requested at an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually.
