Proclamation - Water Conservation Month 2017 Mayor Glancy will present a proclamation recognizing April as Water Conservation Month to Mark D. Gisclar, Public Works Director. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, Invoice No. 71229 - $16,605.61 Fisher Phillips, Invoice No. 22751-1068264 -$79.50 B. Resolution 17-2952 - 2016 Residential Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Adjustment Resolution 17-2952 provides for an increase in the monthly cost for solid waste collection with Waste Pro of Florida for garbage collection services effective April 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017. C. Resolution 17-2953 - Agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture -Natural Resources Conservation Service for Gee Creek Erosion Control and Related Budget Amendment #17-017 Resolution 17-2953 and related Budget Amendment #17-017 provide for an Agreement with the Natural Resources Conservation Service for erosion control improvements within Gee Creek, consisting of up to $872,126.35 in federal funding with a $256,507.25 required local match.
