CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of December 12, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 16 <br />A. Resolution 16-2935 — Commercial Retail Replat <br />Ms. Sundvall read Resolution 16-2935 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING THE "COMMERCIAL RETAIL REPLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABII,ITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Planner It Emily Hanna gave a brief overview of Resolution 16-2935, explaining that the <br />resolution was for the purpose of replatting Lots 22, 23 and 24, Block B, Sportsman's Paradise, A Replat, <br />located at the corner of Lake Drive and Seminola Boulevard. She added that the requested replat met all ofthe <br />development requirements of the City's Land Development Regulations (LDR). <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Community Development Director recommended <br />approval of Resolution 16-2935. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address Resolution 16-2935. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 16-2935, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Meadows. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 4-0. <br />After a brief discussion, Mayor Glancy advised that the Commission would proceed to consideration ofltem <br />I LA., Public Hearing on Resolution 16-2932 and then would go back and consider the added agenda Item <br />9.B., Resolution 16-2936, once copies of the resolution were provided for Commission review. <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />A. Resolution 16-2932 — Intent to Use Uniform Method of Collecting Non -ad Valorem <br />Special Assessments for the Construction of a Wall for the Sausalito Shores <br />Subdivision <br />Ms. Sundvall read Resolution 16-2932 by title as follows: <br />
