CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 7:08 p.m. <br />Mayor Glancy recognized City of Winter Springs Mayor Charles Lacey and Seminole County School Board <br />Member Karen Almond and thanked them for attending. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />
