Approval of Legal Services Invoice Luis R. Guzman, Invoice No. 32 - $390.00 B. Resolution 17-2950 - Model Home Agreement with RM PLUS Design and Development, LLC for Casselberry Greenville Development (SPR 15-17) Resolution 17-2950 provides for consideration of a Model Home Agreement with the property owner/developer, RM PLUS Design and Development, LLC for the Casselberry Greenville development located at the southeast side of Seminola Boulevard. C. Resolution 17-2951 - Contract for Purchase and Sale with Sherwood Forest I, LLC and Sherwood Forest H, LLC for a Portion of Lot 14, Block A, Johnson's Poultry Farms (822 and 826 North Winter Park Drive), and Related Budget Amendment #17-025 Resolution 17-2951 and related Budget Amendment # 17-025 provide for the purchase of a portion of Lot 14, Block A, Johnson's Poultry Farms, Parcel ID 404-21-30-511-OA00-014G, for the amount of $100,000.00 plus closing and other associated costs. D. Cooperative Purchase of Replacement Network Equipment from SHI International Corp. Consideration of a purchase order to SHI International Corp. for the purchase, delivery, installation and provision of one (1) year of maintenance of Brocade network equipment (switches) in an amount not to exceed $53,368.38 through 05/30/2019 is requested.
