Condition tt7 of the approval states the <br />applicant most receive a site and building pemdt within one year and construction shall be <br />completed within two years. The owner of the subject facility shall obtain a Business Tac Receipt from the City of Casselberry prior <br />to commencement of business operations. <br />6. No hazardous materials sball be used, stored or generated at the site. <br />7. A site and building permit shall be obtained from Clic City vvmhin one year and construction shall be <br />completed nitbin two years of the date of this approval. <br />8.
