Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the proposed 2016-2017 Budget. Ms. Solomon made a motion to approve the proposed 2016-2017 budget as presented. Mr. Aramendia seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Fifth Item of Business: Ascension (Shared Use Path) Mr. Bob Cantu, Economic Development Manager, said this request is to authorize Southeastern Surveying to provide the City with a boundary survey for the Ascension/Talisman right of way. He said this will be part of the connection from Oxford Road to Piney Ridge Road. Mr. Cantu said this information is needed before the design work can be completed. In response to the Board's question, Mr. Cantu said that landscaping between the church and the path could be discussed during the design process. Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the Ascension shared use path. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the Ascension shared use path survey. Ms. Solomon seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Sixth Item of Business: Other Business. There was no other business before the Board. Seventh Item of Business: Public Comments. There were no public comments.
