Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1453 - Amending City Code Chapter 82, <br />Traffic and Vehicles <br />Ordinance 17-1453 provides for a comprehensive update of inconsistent provisions in Chapter 82; Traffic and Vehicles, <br />of the City Code, <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Award of Invitation to Bid ITB -2017-0090 and Agreement with Altair Environmental Group, <br />LLC for the 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project #PW 1501 and Related Budget <br />Amendment #17-024 <br />Consideration to award Invitation to Bid ITB -2017-0090 and execute an agreement with Altair Environmental Group, <br />LLC for the construction of the 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $1,397,492.00, and approval of <br />related Budget Amendment # 17-024 are requested. <br />B. Inclusion of Skate Art Elements on the Talisman Trail <br />Consideration to add Skate Art Elements along the Talisman Trail is requested. <br />13.
