Section 3. Section 30-51 of the City Code Amended. That Section 30-51 <br />"Definitions" of Article II, "Reimbursement for Extraordinary Expenses" of Chapter 30, <br />"Emergency Management" of the City Code, is hereby amended to read, as follows: <br />Sec. 30-51. - Definitions. <br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Article, shall have the <br />meanings ascribed to them in this Section, except where the context clearly <br />indicates a different meaning: <br />Emma <br />Extraordinary service means a service performed by the C4y Fire Department, <br />the City Police Department, the Public Works Department, the Department of <br />Community Development or any other City department or division that, in the <br />judgment of the department head, is additional to or above the normal services <br />provided by such departments or divisions.
