WHEREAS, the City Commission has entered into that certain Fire and Emergency <br />Medical Services Interlocal Agreement ("Interlocal Agreement") with Seminole County, <br />executed on December 22, 2014, whereby Seminole County agrees to provide fire and <br />emergency medical services within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, as of October 1, 2015, Seminole County is providing all fire and medical <br />services within the municipal boundaries of the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission, in order to effectuate the Interlocal Agreement with <br />Seminole County, desires to amend its Code of Ordinances to reflect that City and Fire <br />Emergency Medical Services will be provided by the County; and <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute additions to the original <br />text and strike through shall constitute deletions to the original text, and asterisks (* * *) indicate <br />that text shall remain unchanged from the language existing prior to adoption of this Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />Section 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are hereby fully incorporated herein by <br />this reference as legislative findings and the intent and purpose of the City Commission of the <br />City of Casselberry. <br />Section 2. Section 2-210 of the City Code Amended. That Section 2-210 <br />"Schedule of Violations" of Article V, "Code Enforcement Citations" of Chapter 2, <br />"Administration" of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 2-210. - Schedule of violations. <br />(a) Violation of the following City codes or ordinances is a civil infraction for <br />which a citation shall be issued: <br />Page 2 of 15 <br />
