Exhibit A <br />Wil WRIM9,711 <br />The City Manager of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has declared a STATE OF PUBLIC <br />EMERGENCY as of 12 P.M. (Noon) on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6; 2016 because of <br />weather conditions imminent with Hurricane Matthew as provided by Section 30-10 of the <br />City Code of the City of Casselberry. This declaration authorizes the issuance of emergency <br />resolutions as provided for in Section 30-7, as maybe required. Emergency resolutions <br />authorized by this Chapter shall include but are not limited to the following subjects: <br />1. Evacuation, <br />2. Curfews and declaration of areas off limits. <br />3. Suspension of local building regulations. <br />4. Emergency procurement procedures that may include: <br />® Entering into contracts <br />® Incurring obligations <br />® Rental of equipment <br />® Acquisition and distribution, with or without compensation, of supplies, <br />materials and facilities <br />5.
