Resolution 16-2928 - Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement Resolution 16-2928 provides for acceptance of a Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida through their agent, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. D. Resolution 16-2929 - Contingency Change Order No. 5 with Wharton -Smith Related to the Lake Concord Park Project & Related Budget Amendment #17-016 Resolution 16-2929 and related Budget Amendment 417-016 provide for approval of Contingency Change Order No. 005 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. in the amount of $106,888.43 to utilize contingency funds established within the Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction issues related to the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects. E. Resolution 16-2930 - Industrial Waste Pretreatment Program Agreement between the City of Orlando and the City of Casselberry Resolution 16-2930 provides for approval of the Industrial Waste Pretreatment Program Agreement between the City of Orlando and the City of Casselberry.
