Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Continuing Consulting Services Agreement with <br />Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Queens Mirror Circle Pedestrian Safety Improvements <br />and Related Budget Amendment #17-008 <br />Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Transportation Engineering with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $8,990 and related Budget Amendment <br />#17-008 to provide professional design services for the Queens Mirror Circle Pedestrian Safety Improvements project is <br />requested. <br />H. Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for the Casselton Drive Improvements Project and Related <br />Budget Amendment #17-009 <br />Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec <br />Consultants, Inc, and related Budget Amendment #17-009 to provide for additional design services for the Casselton <br />Drive Improvements project, as well as deletion of certain design services, for an overall net reduction of $1,324.48 is <br />requested. <br />I. Amendment No. 4 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for <br />the Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project and Related Budget Amendment #17-010 <br />Consideration of Amendment No. 4 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and <br />Associates, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #17-010 to provide for additional design services for Project PW 1501 <br />(2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project) in an amount not to exceed $8,270 is requested. <br />J. Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Stormwater, Lakes <br />Management, and Water Quality Master Plan and Related Budget Amendment #17-011 <br />Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to provide <br />services to develop the City's next Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Master Plan in an amount not to <br />exceed $174,600.00 without prior written authorization and related Budget Amendment # 17-011 is requested. <br />K. Amendment #3 to the Agreement with U.S. Water Services Corporation for Meter Reading <br />Services <br />Consideration of Amendment #3 to extend the current agreement between the City of Casselberry and U.S. Water <br />Services Corporation to provide meter reading services throughout the City in an annual estimated dollar amount of <br />$170,000 is requested. <br />L. Cooperative Purchase of EMC VX Rail Infrastructure Replacement <br />Consideration of expenditures and issuance of a purchase order to SHI International Corp. contingent upon the separate <br />acquisition and approval of capital lease financing for the award to purchase, deliver, install and provide 5 years of <br />maintenance of VX Rail Storage SAN array equipment in accordance with State of Florida DMS Purchasing Alternate <br />Contract Source No. 43211500-WSCA-I5-ACS, effective 09/30/2015 through 03/17/2017, titled "Computer Equipment, <br />Peripherals & Services" is requested. <br />M. Budget Amendment #17-007 - Purchase of Playground Equipment and Synthetic Turf Safety <br />Surface for the Promenade at Lake Concord Park <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 17-007 to provide for the purchase of playground equipment utilizing Recreation <br />Impact Fees instead of capital lease financing as the funding source to purchase new playground equipment and synthetic <br />turf safety surface for the new Lake Concord Park development and acceptance of a GameTime grant for additional <br />discount for the large Vega Ionix unit are requested. <br />N. Reorganization of the Community Development Department -Code Compliance Division and <br />Related Budget Amendment #17-012 <br />Consideration to reorganize the Code Compliance Division in the Community Development Department by increasing the <br />Code Compliance Division personnel by one Code Compliance Supervisor and one Code Compliance Officer, authorize <br />the purchase of two additional vehicles and approve related Budget Amendment # 17-012 is requested. <br />
