D. Resolution 16-2919 - Amendment No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Cardno, <br />Inc. for Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset Management to <br />Extend Term <br />Resolution 16-2919 provides for Amendment No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for <br />Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset Management with Cardno, Inc. to extend the current <br />Agreement term by one year. <br />E. Resolution 16-2920 - Supplemental Agreement #17 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. <br />to Extend Construction Oversight Services and Related Budget Amendment #17-005 <br />Resolution 16-2920 and related Budget Amendment #17-005 provide for Supplemental Agreement #17 to the Continuing <br />Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount <br />not to exceed $50,751 to extend construction oversight services needed to further the development of the Lake Concord <br />Park District properties. <br />F. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds and Related Budget Amendment #17-004 <br />Consideration to donate $500.00 from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of <br />Police Survivors and related Budget Amendment #17-004 is requested. <br />G. 2016 GameTime Playground Grant Submission for Lake Concord Park <br />Approval to apply for the 2016 GameTime Playground Grant which provides a 35.5% discount towards the purchase <br />price of a playground unit for the new Lake Concord Park development is requested. <br />8.
