D. Budget Amendment #17-001 - Recognition of Grant Proceeds for the Purchase of a Two Camera Automatic License Plate Reader / Rapid Deployment System Consideration of Budget Amendment #17-001 to recognize grant proceeds of $11,470 awarded for the purchase of a two (2) camera automatic license plate reader / rapid deployment system is requested. Budget Amendment #17- 002 - Recognition of Grant Proceeds for Purchase of LIDAR Speed Measurement Devices for a Traffic Safety Initiative Consideration of Budget Amendment #17-002 to recognize grant proceeds of $15,501 awarded for the purchase of LIDAR speed measurement devices for a traffic safety initiative is requested. F. Budget Amendment #17-003 - Tree Replacement Fund Donation for Lake Concord Parr Consideration of Budget Amendment #17-003 to provide a donation from Casselberry Friends of the Park to the Tree Replacement Fund in the amount of $4,100 and establish a budget of $4,100 in the Tree Replacement Fund for Fiscal Year 2017 is requested. 8. Resolution 162913 - Amendment #1 to the Construction Agreement Between the City of Casselberry and Murphy Pipeline Contractors, Inc, for Construction of the Dommerich Hills Pipe Bursting Project Phase 2 Resolution 16-2913 provides for an Amendment #1 to the Construction Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Murphy Pipeline Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $1,433,516, for Construction of the Dommerich Hills Pipe Bursting Project Phase 2. 10.
