Budget Amendment #17-001 - Recognition of Grant Proceeds for the Purchase of a Two Camera Automatic License Plate Reader / Rapid Deployment System Consideration of Budget Amendment #17"001 to recognize grant proceeds of $11,470 awarded for the purchase of a two (2) camera automatic license plate reader / rapid deployment system is requested. B. Resolution 16-2915 - Confirming the Declaration of a State of Public Emergency Resolution 16-2915 confirms the City Manager's Declaration of a State of Public Emergency due to the impending weather conditions caused by Hurricane Matthew. 10.
