E. Resolution 16-2907 - Residential Solid Waste Fuel Charge Adjustment Resolution 16-2907 provides for a consumer price index fuel adjustment for Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection based on the 2015 Consumer Price Index effective October 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017. Approval to Accept Donation of an Automated External Defibrillator from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Consideration to accept an Automated External Defibrillator with an approximate value of $1,195 being provided to the Police Department through a no -cost grant from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation is requested. G. Budget Amendment #16-063 - Recognition of Grant Revenue for Casselberry Greenway Trail Consideration of Budget Amendment #16-063 to provide budgetary appropriation to recognize grant proceeds for the construction of the Casselberry Greenway Trail and to transfer excess fund balance in the Recreation Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund is requested. 8. B. Public Hearing: Resolution 16-2909 -Tentative Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Resolution 16-2909 provides for adoption of the tentative operating budget for the Fiscal Year 2017. The total City-wide budget requested is $46,975,816. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Code Enforcement Lien Waiver/Reduction Request - 945 Brydie Court (CE -07-02311) Consideration of a request to waive/reduce a Code Enforcement lien in the amount of $66,900 on property located at 945 Brydie Court (Case Number CE -07-02311) is requested. 13.
