Public Hearing: Resolution 16-2904 - Street Lighting Final Assessment Resolution Resolution 16-2904 provides for the Street Lighting Final Assessment Resolution pertaining to the implementation of the street lighting service assessment for fiscal year 2017. 12. Limited Release of Code Enforcement Lien on 1547 Oak Lane (CE -09-01491) Consideration for the Limited Release of a Code Enforcement lien on property located at 1547 Oak Lane (Case number CE -09-01491) in the amount $5,725 is requested. Limited Release of Code Enforcement Lien on 1547 Oak Lane (CE -11-00904) Consideration for the Limited Release of a Code Enforcement lien on property located at 1547 Oak Lane (Case number CE -11-00904) in the amount $47,950 is requested. C. Code Enforcement Lien Reduction Request -1531 Seminola Boulevard (CE -10-02219) Consideration of a request to waive/reduce a Code Enforcement lien in the amount $8,950 on property located at 1531 Seminola Boulevard (Case number CE -10-02219) is requested. 13.
