Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer read the case history and advised that at the March 10, 2016 Code Compliance hearing the property was found in violation. A correction date of April 28, 2016 was given for correction. On April 6, 2016 the property was found in compliance when a building inspection passed. No fines should be imposed. FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on testimony and evidence that this case CE -15-00859, 1175 Galahad Dr had come before the Magistrate for hearing on March 10, 2016, an Order was issued. A compliance date of April 28, 2016 was requested or a fine of $50.00 per day would be imposed. Based on testimony it was found that the property had come into compliance as of April 6, 2016. A standing Order was imposed for the next five years for any repeat violations of the same code of ULDR Section 3-10.3, General Maintenance. No fine was imposed on May 12, 2016 as the property had come into compliance NEW CASE/COMPLIED/WITHDRAWN No sign permit; ULDR Section 3-16.10 • CE -15-01270 940 S Winter Park Dr Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer read the case history and advised that the property was found to be in compliance on May 11, 2016, when the sign permit was picked up and paid for. Therefore this case is being withdrawn due to compliance. The Special Magistrate advised that no further action would be taken. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment.
