Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer read the case history and advised that at the March 10, 2016 Code <br />Compliance hearing the property was found in violation. A correction date of April 28, 2016 was given for correction. On <br />April 6, 2016 the property was found in compliance when a building inspection passed. No fines should be imposed. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on testimony and evidence that this case <br />CE -15-00859, 1175 Galahad Dr had come before the Magistrate for hearing on March 10, 2016, an Order was <br />issued. A compliance date of April 28, 2016 was requested or a fine of $50.00 per day would be imposed. Based <br />on testimony it was found that the property had come into compliance as of April 6, 2016. A standing Order <br />was imposed for the next five years for any repeat violations of the same code of ULDR Section 3-10.3, <br />General Maintenance.
