ORDINANCE 16-1444 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PMX-MID (PLANNED MIXED- USE: MEDIUM RISE) FOR PARCEL ID #28-21-30-300-052C-0000 AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE;. PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundaries of the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will remain Major Thorough Fair Mixed Use on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the PMX-MID zoning district is consistent with the Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use Future Land Use designation; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject property, hereinafter described, within the PMX-MID zoning district has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed zoning district were heard; and WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as PMX-MID, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the subject property as PMX-MID, for the parcel of land at 1385 SR 436, Parcel ID #28-21-30-300- 052C-0000, being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A:
