Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the notification date was December 15, 2015, correction date <br />requested was December 23, 2015 found Non -Compliant, hearing notice date was January 21, 2016, correction date <br />requested was February 10, 2016 found complaint. The property was found to be in compliance, a Standing Order is <br />requested for any future violations of the same Code. Mr. Johnson stated it was verified that the utility trailer was <br />removed from the property. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner/representative was present. There was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner of 1018 Crystal Bowl Cir was in the audience. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a fmding in case #15-01155. Based on testimony and evidence the <br />property was in compliance as of February 10, 2016 but a Standing Order was issued. It was ordered that the property <br />remain in compliance. There was a violation which was first observed/notified on December 15, 2015 of a violation, <br />which has since been corrected. It was found that property was in compliance, as of February 10, 2016.
