Resolution 16-2881- Piggyback Agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC Resolution 16-2881 provides for execution of an Agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC to provide sanitary sewer, storm sewer, manhole, and lift station wet well rehabilitation services in an amount not to exceed $1,850,000 by piggybacking the Town of Longboat Key, Florida Cooperative Contract number RFP#12-011. B. Resolution 16-2882 - Contract No. 2016-023 with Masci General Contractors, Inc. for the Oxford Road Complete Street Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #16- 051 Resolution 16-2882 and related Budget Amendment #16-051 provide for award of Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2016-023 and execution of an agreement with Masci General Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $1,841,073.64 for the construction of the Oxford Road Complete Street Improvements Project. 10. First Reading of Ordinance 16-1446 - Amendments to ULDRs Regarding PMX-MH) and PMX-HIGH Zoning Districts (Continued from June 27, 2016) Ordinance 16-1446 provides for amending language relative to PMX-MID and PMX-HIGH Zoning Districts within the City of Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations. This item is continued from the June 27, 2016 City Commission meeting. B. First Reading of Ordinance 16-1448 - Official Future Land Use Map Amendment for Properties Located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive (LPA 16-10) Ordinance 16-1448 provides for amending the Future Land Use Map designation for the properties located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive from Seminole County Low Density Residential to City of Casselberry Public Service (PS). C. First Reading of Ordinance 16-1449 - Official Zoning Map Amendment for Properties Located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive (ZB 16-03) Ordinance 16-1449 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map designation for the properties located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive from Seminole County R -IA (Single Family Residential) to City of Casselberry PS. D. First Reading of Ordinance 16-1450 - Official Zoning Map Amendment for Property Located at 1025 Osceola Trail (ZB 16-04) Ordinance 16-1450 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map for the property located at 1025 Osceola Trail from City of Casselberry RMH-8 (Low Density Single Family Mobile Home) to City of Casselberry R-8 (Low Density Single Family). E. First Reading of Ordinance 16-1451 - Official Zoning Map Amendment for Property Located at 1239 State Road 436 (ZB 16-05) Ordinance 16-1451 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map for the property located at 1239 State Road 436 from City of Casselberry PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to City of Casselberry PMX-MID (Planned Mixed - Use: Medium Rise).
