Resolution 16-2861 — Supplemental Agreement No. 6 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for Gee Creek Model Update "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 6 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH SINGHOFEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR STORMWATER, ALKES MANAGEMENT, AND WATER QUALITY RELATED PROJECTS FOR THE GEE CREEK BASIN DRAINAGE MODEL UPDATE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-2861 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 6 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Singhofen & Associates, Inc., for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects for an amount not to exceed $51,382.00 and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Sufficient funds to cover the cost of $51,382 have been budgeted in FY 2016 for this task and are available in the Stormwater Fund Professional Services account #110-0740-539.31-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16-2861. H. Resolution 16-2862 — Change Order No. 3 to Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction of Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street Projects and Related Budget Amendment #16-044 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEDUCTIVE CHANGE ORDER NO.3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH WHARTON-SMITH, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE LAKE CONCORD PARK AND TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE SIGNATURE STREET PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-2862 approves Change Order No. 3 to the Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for the deductive amount of $16,296.49 for the Lake Concord Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street projects, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment # 16-044 is also requested. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #16-044 will decrease the Lake Concord Park Fund Mass Grading/Park Project #CC1504 Land account #306-0410-541.61-07 and Other Non -Operating Sources account #306-0000-389.90-00 in the amount of $16,296. BA #16-044 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval of Change Order #3 to the contract with Wharton -smith, Inc. for the Lake Concord Park project. This is a deductive change order due to a credit for deletion of commercial geogrid fl•om pavement driveway areas related to the Mass Grading/park sub -project #CC 1504/Funding Source F1.
