Approval of Legal Services Invoices Luis R. Guzman, Esq., Invoice No. 25 - $405.00 B. Resolution 16 -2872 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Easements Associated with Proposed Sausalito Shores Wall Resolution 16 -2872 provides for conveyance and acceptance of two easements at 315 Kantor Boulevard (Parcel ID 21- 21 -30 -513- 0000 -1190) and 313 Kantor Boulevard (Parcel ID 21 -21 -30 -513- 0000 - 1200), which are associated with the proposed Sausalito Shores wall reconstruction along Red Bug Lake Road. C. Resolution 16 -2873 - Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police Collective Bargaining Agreement Resolution 16 -2873 provides for ratification and authorization to execute a collective bargaining agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police. D. Resolution 16 -2874 - Approval of an Easement to Duke Energy Related to the Lake Concord Park Expansion Project Resolution 16 -2874 provides for approval and conveyance of an easement to Duke Energy related to the Lake Concord Park Expansion Project. E. Resolution 16 -2875 - Amendment #4 to the Master Services Agreement with D. & J Enterprises, Inc. (a /k/a D & J of Alabama, Inc.) for Emergency Debris Management Services Resolution 16 -2875 provides for Amendment #4 to the Master Services Agreement with D. & J. Enterprises, Inc. (a/k/a D & J of Alabama, Inc.) to provide emergency debris management services to the City in the event of a disaster.
