RESOLUTION 16 -2860 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has identified the need to update key components of <br />the drainage inventory for the Gee Creek basin; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 24, 2014, the City entered into a Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Singhofen & Associates, Inc. (SAI) for professional services for stormwater, <br />lakes management, and water quality related projects; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has requested, and SAI has provided, a proposal to provide a <br />drainage inventory update for the Gee Creek basin for an amount not to exceed $142,850.00, <br />which has been incorporated into the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 5; and <br />WHEREAS, Public Works staff has reviewed the proposed Supplemental Agreement <br />No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with SAI and finds it sufficient to meet the needs of <br />the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services <br />for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen & <br />Associates, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $142,850.00, and authorizes the Mayor to execute <br />said document on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
