RESOLUTION 16 -2860 WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has identified the need to update key components of the drainage inventory for the Gee Creek basin; and WHEREAS, on February 24, 2014, the City entered into a Standard Consultant Agreement with Singhofen & Associates, Inc. (SAI) for professional services for stormwater, lakes management, and water quality related projects; and WHEREAS, City staff has requested, and SAI has provided, a proposal to provide a drainage inventory update for the Gee Creek basin for an amount not to exceed $142,850.00, which has been incorporated into the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 5; and WHEREAS, Public Works staff has reviewed the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with SAI and finds it sufficient to meet the needs of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen & Associates, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $142,850.00, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
