CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of April 25, 2016 — Regular Meeting Page 3 of 12 2 TO THE LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY RELATED TO THE CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL SECTION 3 PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2847 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 2, FPN 427900 -1- 58/68 -01, to the Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 project, which provides for reimbursement of $739.00 and an extension of the original contract end date to June 30, 2016, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16 -2847. C. Resolution 16 -2848 — Supplemental Agreement No. 52 with CPH, Inc. for Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection and Related Budget Amendment # 16 -042 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 52 TO THE CONTINUING CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CPH, INC. FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE CARRIAGE HILL TO CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL CONNECTION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2848 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 52 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. to provide design services for the Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection project for an amount not to exceed $21,036 and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #16-042 is also requested. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #16 -042 will increase the Infrastructure Surtax Fund /Land account # 114- 0710 - 541.61 -07 and the Other Non - Operating Sources account # 114- 0000 - 389.90 -00 in the amount of $22,088. BA #16 -042 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide for Supplemental Agreement No. 52 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. (CPH) to provide design services for the Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection project in an amount not to exceed $22,088.
