Presentation - Post Legislation Update Representative Bob Cortes will provide a post legislation update to the State's most recent legislative session. B. Presentation - Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for Fiscal Year 2015- 2016 will be presented to Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, C. Proclamation - National Public Works Week 2016 The Mayor will present a proclamation recognizing May 15 -21, 2016 as National Public Works Week to Mark D. Gisclar, Public Works Director. D. Proclamation - National Police Week 2016 The Mayor will present a proclamation recognizing the week of May 15 -21, 2016 as National Police Week to Larry D. Frantz, Chief of Police. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 16 -2853 - Landscape Construction and Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation Resolution 16 -2853 provides for authorization and approval to enter into a Landscape Construction and Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation for a portion of US 17 -92.
