CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of March 28, 2016 — Regular Meeting Page 3 of 14 B. Resolution 16 -2838 — Addition of the Concord Drive Improvements Project, Casselton Drive Improvements Project, and Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection Project to Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ADDITION OF THE CONCORD DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CASSELTON DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND CARRIAGE HILL TO CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL CONNECTION PROJECT TO EXHIBIT C OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AND EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2838 approves the addition of the Concord Drive Improvements Project, Casselton Drive Improvements Project, and Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection Projectto the projects listed in Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget from the approval of Resolution 16 -2838. Design services, construction services and /or other expenses associated with these projects will be brought forth as needed for consideration, which will then impact the budget if approved. For tracking purposes, this item is associated with the following Public Works projects: PW 1405 — Concord Drive Improvements PW 1409 — Casselton Drive Improvements PW 1606 — Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16 -2838. C. Resolution 16 -2839 — Appointment of Alternate Code Enforcement Special Magistrate "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ROBIN G. DRAGE AS ALTERNATE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2839 appoints Robin G. Drage as the alternate Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement proceedings. Budget Impact: Funding is available in the Legal Services Division Special Magistrate Account #001 -0140- 514.31-03.
