CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 16 -2846 - FY 2016 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers Resolution 16 -2846 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the second quarter of FY 2016. B. Resolution 16 -2847 - Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Local Agency Program Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation for Construction of Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 Resolution 16 -2847 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Local Agency Program Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Casselberry related to the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 project, for an additional amount of $739.00. C. Resolution 16 -2848 - Supplemental Agreement No. 52 with CPH, Inc. for Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection and Related Budget Amendment #16 -042 Resolution 16 -2848 and related Budget Amendment # 16 -042 provide for Supplemental Agreement No. 52 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. to provide design services for the Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection project in an amount not to exceed $21,036. D. Resolution 16 -2849 - Change Order No. 5 to the Standard Professional Services Agreement with Applied Hydogeologic Solutions LLC for Brownfield Remediation Services Resolution 16 -2849 provides for Change Order No. 5 to the Standard Professional Services Agreement with Applied Hydogeologic Solutions, LLC for brownfield remediation services to develop a Source Removal Report and provide additional testing services for the Shell station contamination mitigation for the amount of $11,900.
