RESOLUTION 16 -2840 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES, <br />INC. TO PROVIDE A PHASE 2 ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br />FOR 351 CONCORD DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to address drainage concerns on Concord <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified 351 Concord Drive, parcel identification number 08- <br />21-30- 511 -OA00 -0060, to have potential as a stormwater detention site to help address these <br />concerns; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducted a Phase 1 environmental site assessment for 351 <br />Concord Drive, and, as a result, the need for a Phase 2 environmental site assessment has been <br />identified; and <br />WHEREAS, Ardaman & Associates, Inc. has provided a proposal in the form of an <br />agreement to conduct the necessary Phase 2 environmental site assessment; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposal from Ardaman & Associates, Inc. and <br />finds it acceptable to meet the needs of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the <br />agreement with Ardaman & Associates, Inc. for the amount of $6,020.40 to conduct a Phase 2 <br />environmental site assessment for 351 Concord Drive and authorizes the Mayor to execute said <br />document on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
