RESOLUTION 16 -2841 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PROVIDE A PHASE 2 ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT FOR 315 CONCORD DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City has identified a need to address drainage concerns on Concord Drive; and WHEREAS, the City has identified 315 Concord Drive, parcel identification numbers 08- 21- 30- 511 -OA00 -0080 and 08- 21- 30- 511 -OA00 -0090, to have potential as a stormwater retention site to help address these concerns; and WHEREAS, the City conducted a Phase 1 environmental site assessment for 315 Concord Drive, and, as a result, the need for a Phase 2 environmental site assessment has been identified; and WHEREAS, Ardaman and Associates, Inc. has provided a proposal in the form of an Agreement to conduct the necessary Phase 2 environmental site assessment; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposal from Ardaman & Associates, Inc. and finds it acceptable to meet the needs of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselbet7y hereby approves the Agreement with Ardaman and Associates, Inc. for the amount of $4,844.80, to conduct a Phase 2 environmental site assessment for 315 Concord Drive, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
