Resolution 16 -2842 - Memorandum of Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation <br />for State Highway Maintenance <br />Resolution 16 -2842 provides for City Commission approval of a State Highway Maintenance Memorandum of <br />Agreement Contract No. ARY45 between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation. <br />G. Resolution 16 -2843 - Amendment #2 to Agreement with Risk Management Associates, Inc., <br />d/b /a Public Risk Insurance Agency, for Insurance Agent/Broker Services for City Employee <br />Benefits and Insurance <br />Resolution 16 -2843 provides for a one -year extension of the existing agreement with Risk Management Associates, Inc., <br />d/b /a Public Risk Insurance Agency, for professional insurance agentibroker services for City employee benefits and <br />insurance at the cost of $40,000. <br />H. Resolution 16 -2844 - Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard <br />Consultant Agreement with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for the Casselton Drive <br />Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #16 -036 <br />Resolution 16 -2844 and related Budget Amendment #16 -036 provide for Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement <br />No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water <br />Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for additional design services for the Casselton Drive <br />Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $34,326.53. <br />I.
