PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Mayor's Proclamation - Water Conservation Month 2016 The Mayor will present a proclamation recognizing April as Water Conservation Month to Mark D. Gisclar, Public Works Director. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Luis R. Guzman, Esq., Invoice No. 23 - $345.00 B. Resolution 16 -2838 - Addition of the Concord Drive Improvements Project, Casselton Drive Improvements Project, and Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection Project to Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement Resolution 16 -2838 provides for consideration to add the Concord Drive Improvements Project, Casselton Drive Improvements Project, and Carriage Hill to Casselberry Greenway Trail Connection Project to Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement. C. Resolution 16 -2839 - Appointment of Alternate Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Resolution 16 -2839 provides for the execution of an agreement to appoint Robin G. Drage as the City's alternate Special Magistrate for code enforcement proceedings. D. Resolution 16 -2840 - Agreement with Ardaman & Associates, Inc. for a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment on 351 Concord Drive and Related Budget Amendment #16- 037 Resolution 16 -2840 and related Budget Amendment #16 -037 provide for an agreement with Ardaman & Associates, Inc. to conduct a Phase 2 environmental site assessment for 351 Concord Drive for the amount of $6,020.40.
