Resolution 15 -2765 — Second Amendment to the Acquisition Agreement with Integra Lakes, LLC "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIONOF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE ACQUISITION AGREEMENT BETWEEN INTEGRA LADS, LLC, AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2765 approves the Second Amendment to the City of Casselberry Acquisition Agreement with Integra Lakes, LLC approved by the City Commission via Resolution 14 -2660 on September 30, 2014, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said Second Amendment on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Attorney recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2765. H. Resohtion 15 -2766 — School Resource Officer Agreement for 2015 -2016 SchoolYear "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SKWINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD FOR SERVICES OF A SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER FOR THE 2015- 2016 SCHOOL YEAR; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2766 approves the Agreement and duties of the School Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School for the 2015 -2016 school year between the City of Casselberry and the Seminole County School Board, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Casselberry. Budget Impact: The revenue from Seminole County for half of the SRO's (School Resource Officer's) salary and benefits in the amount of $35,988.50 has been included in the FY 2016 General Fund SRO revenue account #001- 0000 - 337.20 -01. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2766. L Budget Amendment #15- 051 — Initial Funding for Casselberry Golf Club Introduction: Budget Amendment #15 -051 provides for the initial funding of the operating bank account for the Casselberry Golf Club (golf course) in the amount of $75,000. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #15 -051 will increase the following: General Fund Transfer to Fund 405 account #001- 0190 - 581.91 -45 and Other Non - operating sources account #001 - 0000 - 389.90 -00, and Golf Course Fund Other Current Charges account #405- 0411 - 572.49 -00 and Transfer from Fund 001 account #405- 0000 - 381.10 -00 in the amount of $75,000 in each account.
