STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The variance application meets all six (6) criteria for granting the variance; <br />therefore, staff supports the variance request as presented. <br />If the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to grant the sports lighting pole <br />height variance, BA 16 -01, for property located on Seminole Boulevard within the <br />Legacy Park Planned Development, the motion should be based upon the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact and conclusions, the staff <br />report dated January 13, 2016, the property site plan (Exhibit A), and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The sports lighting pole heights may not exceed 80 feet as provided in Table <br />1. <br />2. Lights shall be turned off immediately after a sporting event, or at 10:00 pm, <br />whichever comes first. <br />3. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the <br />variance shall become null and void. <br />REQUEST <br />Planning Division requests thatthe Planning and Zoning Commission <br />hold a public hearing to consider a <br />Conditional Use to allow a Trades and Skilled Services without <br />outside Storage within the Community <br />Redevelopment District at 131 North cypress Way (Kool Air and <br />Electric Inc.). <br />LOCATION <br />The subject property is located at 131 North Cypress Way <br />coneem or <br />P PeM <br />y Melod U <br />y <br />LOCATION MAP <br />e <br />1/20/2016 <br />CU 16 -01 <br />Conditional Use <br />Trades and Skilled Service Without Outside Storage Within <br />The Community Redevelopment District <br />Kool Air, 131 North Cypress Way <br />3 <br />
