STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The variance application meets all six (6) criteria for granting the variance; <br />therefore, staff supports the variance request as presented. <br />If the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to grant the sports lighting pole <br />height variance, BA 16 -01, for property located on Seminole Boulevard within the <br />Legacy Park Planned Development, the motion should be based upon the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact and conclusions, the staff <br />report dated January 13, 2016, the property site plan (Exhibit A), and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The sports lighting pole heights may not exceed 80 feet as provided in Table <br />1. <br />2. Lights shall be turned off immediately after a sporting event, or at 10:00 pm, <br />whichever comes first. <br />3.
