Conditional use for an educational institution in a CG (Commercial General) zoning district. Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, stated that the applicant has withdrawn their application. Sixth Item of Business: CU 15 -15: 915 State Road 436/Fast Signs. Conditional use for vehicular service (vehicle wrapping) in a CG (Commercial General) zoning district Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated December 9, 2015, and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Addendum #1 was distributed to the Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hanna said staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -15 to allow vehicular wrapping services. After a brief discussion, Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Aaron Godby, 915 State Road 436, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Godby said that he has read and agrees with the conditions of approval. Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward. Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 15 -15. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -15 to allow vehicular wrapping services at 915 State Road 436 and the approval is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated December 9, 2015, and the three conditions outlined in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Seventh Item of Business: CU 15 -16: The Geneva School. Conditional use for athletic fields in a PMX -L zoning district within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District.
