Conditional use for an educational <br />institution in a CG (Commercial General) zoning district. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, stated that the applicant has withdrawn their application. <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 15 -15: 915 State Road 436/Fast Signs. Conditional use for vehicular service (vehicle <br />wrapping) in a CG (Commercial General) zoning district <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated December 9, 2015, <br />and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a <br />part of the minutes). Addendum #1 was distributed to the Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a <br />part of the minutes). Ms. Hanna said staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -15 to allow <br />vehicular wrapping services. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Aaron Godby, 915 State Road 436, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Godby said that he has read and agrees <br />with the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 15 -15. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 15 -15 to allow vehicular wrapping services at 915 State Road 436 and the approval is based on <br />the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated December 9, 2015, and the three conditions outlined in the staff <br />report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 15 -16: The Geneva School. Conditional use for athletic fields in a PMX -L zoning <br />district within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in staffs memorandum dated December 9, 2015, <br />and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is attached and made a <br />part of the minutes).
