CITY OF CASSELBERRY • POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.rn. in the Casselbeny City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Matthew Hettler, Vice -Chair William Hufford, Member Anthony Van Ore, Member James Strenth, Secretary TRUSTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: Daniel Glancy, Chairman STAFFIOTHERS PRESENT: Rebecca Bowman, MBA, CGFM, CGFO, Finance Director Lorraine Armstrong, Records Management Liaison Officer Ferrell Jenne, Foster & Foster, Plan Administrator Donald Harkins, Jr, Seminole County Assistant Fire Chief 1. Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance The December 22, 2015 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance by Vice -Chair Matthew Hettler at 11:39 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the Records Management Liaison Officer for the Board. 2. Roll Call The Records Management Liaison Officer called the roll of the Board Members, Member William Hul %rd, Member Anthony Van Ore, Member James Strenth, and Member Matthew Hettler were present. Chairman Daniel Glancy was excused. A quorum was declared. 3. Public Comment None 4. Motion to Rescind During the meeting held on November 11, 2015, a motion was made and approved to reselect Anthony Van Ore as the Fifth Board Member contingent upon the re- election of Matthew Hettler as the Firefighter Member of the Board. A motion to rescind the November 11, 2015 motion was placed due to an additional candidate wishing the position. MOTION: Member Hufford moved to rescind the selection of Anthony Van Ore as the Fifth Member of the Board beginning January 1, 2016. Motion was seconded by Member Hettler. Motion carried by voice vote 3 -0. Member Van Ore abstained.
