Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance <br />The December 22, 2015 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to <br />order with the Pledge of Allegiance by Vice -Chair Matthew Hettler at 11:39 a.m. in the City <br />Commission Chambers. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the <br />Records Management Liaison Officer for the Board. <br />2. Roll Call <br />The Records Management Liaison Officer called the roll of the Board Members, Member William <br />Hul %rd, Member Anthony Van Ore, Member James Strenth, and Member Matthew Hettler were <br />present. Chairman Daniel Glancy was excused. A quorum was declared. <br />3. Public Comment <br />None <br />4. Motion to Rescind <br />During the meeting held on November 11, 2015, a motion was made and approved to reselect Anthony <br />Van Ore as the Fifth Board Member contingent upon the re- election of Matthew Hettler as the <br />Firefighter Member of the Board. A motion to rescind the November 11, 2015 motion was placed due <br />to an additional candidate wishing the position. <br />MOTION: Member Hufford moved to rescind the selection of Anthony Van Ore as the Fifth <br />Member of the Board beginning January 1, 2016. Motion was seconded by Member Hettler. <br />Motion carried by voice vote 3 -0. Member Van Ore abstained. <br />
