Ferrell Jenne, Plan Administrator L The Annual Report for Fiscal You 2014 was approved by the State. 2. Annual State Distributions for Police and Fire for Fiscal Year 2014 were received by the City and wired to Salem Trust. a. Fire: $146,460.50 received last year, $132,310.27 received this year b. Police: $163,944.13 received last year, $166,561.36 received this year 3. Ordinance 15 -1431 passed fast reading on October 26, 2015. Second reading scheduled for December 14, 2015. A copy of the Ordinance and Impact Statement was sent to the Division of Retirement, Municipal Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement Trust Funds Office. 4. Annual mailing of Plan form PF -11 Confirmation of Receipt of Retirement Benefits sent to all retirees who are receiving benefits. The purpose of the form is to verify that the member or joint pensioner is not deceased. Two members did not respond and will receive a follow -up letter by certified mail. 5. A direct dedicated phone number has been established to reach the Plan Administration Division of Foster & Foster. The phone number is 239 - 333 -4TPA (4872). 6. Information from the City was received by Foster & Foster in order to complete the Valuation Report. The report is on target to be presented at the next meeting.
