RESOLUTION 16 -2835 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT #1 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND PDCS, LLC FOR ALTERNATE BUILDING CODE ADMINISTRATOR AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the current agreement with PDCS, LLC to provide alternate Building Code Administrator and other related services for the City of Casselberry was approved on March 23, 2015; and WHEREAS, the agreement expires March 22, 2016 but allows for four one -year extensions; and WHEREAS the City of Casselberry desires to extend the agreement with PDCS, LLC for another year; and WHEREAS, Amendment #1 is provided to extend the terms of the agreement with PDCS, LLC for an additional one (1) year and will expire March 22, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: SECTON I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Amendment #1 to the Agreement with PDCS, LLC for alternate Building Code Administrator and other related services and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effects of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
