CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 27, 2015 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 12 of 19 <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Solomon moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Aizenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Glancy advised that discussion at the meeting had focused mainly on homelessness initiatives, and each <br />of the cities had been asked to suggest possible business partners for attendance at meeting in June 2015 to <br />further discuss the issue and possible solutions. She added that the High School Video Awards Reception <br />would be held on April 29, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Seminole County Educational Support Center at which the <br />teams which had submitted the best student - produced videos with a focus on character and issues facing youth <br />today would be recognized. <br />D. Mayors/Manaaers Group Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported that the Mayors and Managers Group had met on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 and a <br />presentation had been made by Sanford Airport Authority Chairman Lee Ioppolo and President/CEO Larry <br />Dale. She advised that Mr. Dale would be retiring soon after fourteen years of service, and she shared some <br />airport statistics which had been presented at the meeting. <br />E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report <br />No report. <br />
