Funds for the City Labor Attorney services invoice are available in FY 2015 Budget Account No. 011-0140-514.31.02. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as submitted. B. Resolution 15-2731— Pollo Tropical Replat, SP 15-02 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMMISSION OF CITY OF CASSELBERRY FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "CASSELBERRY COMMONS LLC. RE -PLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15-2731 approves the final subdivision re -plat for Casselberry Commons LLC. As filed with the City on February 2, 2015, including the easements as provided on the subject plat, and requires the applicant to meet the remaining conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their April 8, 2015 meeting and additional requirements as stated below: 1. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat. 2. The Joiner and Consent agreement needs to be signed and recorded at the same time the plat is recorded. 3. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. 4. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) Mylar of the plat executed by the owner and surveyor and any other information requested as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177, to be recorded by the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 15-2731. C. Resolution 15-2732 — Change Order No. 2 to Agreement with Applied Hydroaeologic Solutions LLC for Remediation Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 WITH APPLIED HYDROGEOLOGIC SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR ADDITIONAL REMEDIATION SERVICES FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST INTERSECTION OF US HIGHWAY 17-92 AND TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
